ADSS Cymru issued a joint statement in partnership with NHS Wales Employers and Welsh Government on measures we're taking to protect the care workforce, following Minister of Health and Social Services, Vaughan Gething's statement on 21 April on the emerging evidence of the disproportionate impact that COVID-19 is having on some individuals from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds.
