Tickets are now on sale for the National Social Care Conference 2024! The event will be held at the Glamorgan Cricket Club, Cardiff on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 October.
The National Social Care Conference is the foremost showcase and networking opportunity for people working in social care in Wales. It is an opportunity for senior and aspiring leaders in social care to come together with decision makers in local and national government, the private and third sectors, experts by experience, and social work and social care students.
This year’s theme will be: ‘Transformation: Achieving More with Less’. Together, we can There will be opportunities to explore the increasingly vital role that innovation – through technology, creativity and collaboration – plays in social care.
The programme includes inspiring talks and interactive panels and workshops, with a special focus on amplifying the voices of people with lived experience, alongside sharing best practice and innovation. There will also be a bustling exhibition space and plenty of opportunities to network and enjoy meaningful conversation.
And in the evening, NSCC is delighted to unveil Under the Dome: an immersive experience celebrating community and connection in a very special setting. The event will weave together pop-up theatre, street food and live music, with more details to be revealed soon.
